Mr. Finnegan, an experienced project manager and electrical engineer, joined SkyBuilt in June 2009. Since then, he has managed the installation of two SkyBuilt remote power stations for the Department of Homeland Security project in Maine. He has prepared project proposals and bids for potential customers and participated in key planning meetings with current customers and project officials.

Prior to joining SkyBuilt, Mr. Finnegan was an electrical engineer with Innovative Refrigeration Systems, Inc. Among other responsibilities, he served as job site supervisor for pipe insulation projects in Florida, Pennsylvania, Minnesota and Michigan, and as project manager for expansion projects in Texas and Florida.

After earning his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the United States Coast Guard Academy, Mr. Finnegan served in the Coast Guard through May 2008. His positions ranged from Fire Control Officer and Deck Watch Officer to Asset Manager, where he served as the primary point of contact to the Chief Information Officer on IT resources for Coast Guard Training and the Reserves Department.

Mr. Finnegan received his Engineer in Training Certificate in 2004 and has a Secret Security Clearance.
