David J. Muchow, President and CEO
Mr. Muchow, a founder of SkyBuilt Power^®, is an energy executive, business consultant, and attorney with over 35 years of experience in energy and corporate matters. His clients have included natural gas, electric, oil, solar, wind, fuel cell companies, and others interested in energy and business solutions, including mergers, acquisitions, and green field energy projects. He has served as General Counsel, Secretary to the American Gas Association (AGA) that represents over 100 natural gas distribution and transmission companies and supervised its international operations; as General Counsel to the Business Council for Sustainable Energy (developing new, environmentally-beneficial energy technologies); and to ECO, Inc. (distributed generation arm for 300 rural electric cooperatives); former counsel to the Natural Gas Council (an association of the chairs of the major natural gas associations); and a Vice Chairman of the Gas Committee of the American Bar Association.

He is the former Vice President, Secretary to the American Gas Index (mutual) Fund and serves on the National Energy Panel of the American Arbitration Association. He is co-editor of the seven volume treatise, Energy Law and Transactions, co-author of the Energy Handbook, and an author of Regulation of the Gas Industry and other publications. Formerly, he was Special Assistant to Assistant Attorney General Richard L. Thornburg, and Chief of the Special Activities Unit in the United States Department of Justice; and served with the National Security Council; Smathers and Herlong Attorneys; the Office of Management and Budget and as an assistant to Hon. James A. Haley, Chairman, House Interior Committee, and is listed in Who's Who in American Law, and in the World. He attended Georgetown University School of Foreign Service (BS, 1966), Cornell Law School, and Georgetown University Law Center (JD, 1971).
